Gear Experience with Kach motors i learnt many things, like Skill devlopment, learning machines and all, Everyone is kind hearted.

Dislikes

Only self learning, Salary increment is low

Work Details

Good life but for production department the working hours is long but still you can manage.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
