Job security can't even be rated, they just ask you to walk out at any time irrespective of your skills, knowledge and project experience. Sometimes, it's like you just have to obey the lead for no reason with no work-life balance. Productivity is secondary consideration but working from office is mandatory. Salary will delayed while leaving final settlement reliving order will not be given 11 experience person is a constant 2 experience person is a project manager. 15 years experience consultant has to report to 2 years work experience guy nepotism worst and cruel managers work all 7 days 24 ×7 . I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
