Well, I am a employee of this company as HR executive and now i completed almost 5 months in this company. Moreover I like the diversified culture and the timings of the company above than that paid leaves they are providing is also best.Furthermore we have also learning session & play games every Saturday thats a main part in our company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
