As an employee, my experience in k8 school has been largely positive, with several aspects that I appreciate. However, there is one significant aspect that I Didn't like- the lack of work-life balance. Nothing they hire people to torture them they have really bad work culture.

They don't release salary if the teacher resign from k8 they sent some stupid email for the reason why the hold your salary they terminate teaches without any reason, this school is in great loss ,they have unprofessional and inexperienced teacher .

I have given 1 star just bcz i want to write my view about that company otherwise it diserves “0” . Bad work culture no management and the head person is totaly mad he doesnt hold any value and ethics .
