All those who are looking to read reviews about this school. The work environment is very bad. They will tell you that you have to work till 4:00 p.m. but will ask you to work 24 x 7. Although it's an online school. Their management is pathetic with technology. Teachers are exploited and forced to bring references and leads because the sales and marketing team are chilling and relaxing and all the work has to be done by teachers. They can easily hire content creators but teachers are forced to make reels and force students also to make reels and content. It's highly toxic, please don't join. I've been a teacher for almost two years now, and my experience with online teaching is now over one years. Like most teachers, I too had several apprehensions about the ways to access online material, share it with students and even online discussions with other team members. But my fears have vanished after joining K8 School As this school is 100% online, it extends this great opportunity to learn the modern techniques of teaching. I have learned the use of the 'School management System', "Learning Platform', and find myself more capable of using virtual resources and benefitting from these. I was given enough support during the training time . And my colleagues helped me with content uploading, fetching details, and maintaining student records. There should be a refresher session for teacher who are old in the system to share best practices and be more hands-on with the new changes in the learning platform.

Nothing....they are very unprofessional people... Hiring for different subject and giving to any subject to teach....if u deny it they cancel your appointment letter without even telling you....Not giving you salary....when u called them not picking the ph....
