Team mates are good, since it's a startup company so work force is less but you have to do all the work by your own by which you get the chance to learn many things.

Company policy are there but on ground it is not implemented. politics at various levels and poor decision making power are some factors due to which intense pressure develops at the employee working at site. Poor management. Buttering of higher authority by some people who do not do their work on there own just get promotions easily and value of your work gets undermined and over shadowed.
