1. Zero worklife balance due to unnecessary excessive training and making unnecessary videos on regular basis to show how much you have learned from the training. 2. If you are too much intelligent, knowledgeable and is too much good in studies as well as teaching, you cant survive here as you will find your too much experienced co-teachers with very less knowledge or rather zero basic knowledge doing politics and manipulations against you as they are insecured about their jobs, coz they recruit experienced teachers who dont have knowledge of even basic English grammar and Maths but good in art and craft only and give unnecessary trainings to both experienced n inexperienced. They dont understand that recruiting an intelligent and knowledgeable teacher is much better than recruiting an experienced teacher with zero knowledge and only good in art & craft, i.e. also by tracing & copying & pasting. 3. Excessive importance of unnecessary and absurd art & craft, like even decoration of classroom doors, rather than studies and knowledge. Most of the teachers have zero basic knowledge, except art & craft. 4. Worst work culture & environment as there's too much politics by manipulative co-teachers, having zero basic knowledge. 5. They should take surprise test of English Grammar like, singular & plural, homonyms, phonics, etc. & basic maths, like tens & ones of pre-primary teachers as they had hired experienced pre-primary teachers with zero basic knowledge & should give training to them on basic English & Maths, rather than giving training on unnecessary door decoration....Read More

There is no growth opportunities no salary hike i worked for k12 for 2 years but there is not even 1 rs hike they have given to employees there is no respect you will get as a employee too much toxic environment and wherever they fill to kick you from organisation they will make changes in your role designation and torcher you at high so you put your papers

Overall work environment is healthy there. My colleagues are friendly and cordial. They make easy communication and makes you feel that you are a part of the team. Work more, get paid more. At K12 your basic salary is secure but you can earn a lot more with extra hard work. Even the base salary is more competitive than the industry standards. Pretty much every fresher wants to work here when they see the salary difference. I was under Moumita Ganguly who is the academic manager, she taught a need of your client rather do sales.
