Transparency and honesty is the alpha rule here. This makes the whole vibe of the office full of trust. We can openly communicate with our managers or HR Department. Employees are heard and problems get resolved quick here. This all was possible because of my manager Amitesh Nalin who was an IIT aumini and my immediate manager.

Work culture here is very adaptive. This allowed the work environment to be flexible. K12 is a place where you can grow your skill sets and learn a lot. The company provides tons of opportunities for us to grow. Our SEO Head Mr. Vishal is amazing and because of him our targets are over accomplished each month.

I started my career in K12 about 5 years ago and the best part of the company is that everyone here is friendly. Whenever I enter my office I have a sense of belonginess. Our Zonal Business Head Achin Kapoor is a really motivating entity, also he is very approachable if we have any requests.

I know that running a company needs some hard decisions to take, but if you as heads of the company are not able to Use or manage People, then sorry to say you might be quiet qualified but you are useless. 2. I request every College, Investors and Land Owners please do not come near this company. Blacklist it even if it offers huge money, remember they will eventually remove you in 3-4 months. 3.
