Kolkata management is extremely biased. Moumita Chowdhury doesn't know the basics of corporate work and make others dance as per her wish. Above her sits Aravind who doesn't know shot about work culture and asks people to leave in and out. If you join here, you will be working merely for weeks. Do not choose K12 ever even if they pay a little bit higher than average Kolkata salary in ed-tech. I know that running a company needs some hard decisions to take, but if you as heads of the company are not able to Use or manage People, then sorry to say you might be quiet qualified but you are useless. 2. I request every College, Investors and Land Owners please do not come near this company. Blacklist it even if it offers huge money, remember they will eventually remove you in 3-4 months. 3. K12 is big on recognitions. It is the best feeling in the world that the hardwork you have put all year around is being recognized by everyone be it managers or your colleagues of your departments.
