If ever you are stuck at work or have a mind block, the manager are happy to guide and assist you with the task in hand. Transparency and honesty is the alpha rule here. This makes the whole vibe of the office full of trust. We can openly communicate with our managers or HR Department. Employees are heard and problems get resolved quick here. This all was possible because of my manager Amitesh Nalin who was an IIT aumini and my immediate manager.
