There are very few companies who operate as balanced as K12. For one they work very professionally, on the other hand the work culture is friendly. You can opt for more job responsibilities if you want a hike in pay scale and promotions. My manager Sachin Jain have been a delight to work under. He taught be all about how the businesses runs and how we can help people and our company.

I know that running a company needs some hard decisions to take, but if you as heads of the company are not able to Use or manage People, then sorry to say you might be quiet qualified but you are useless. 2. I request every College, Investors and Land Owners please do not come near this company. Blacklist it even if it offers huge money, remember they will eventually remove you in 3-4 months. 3. K12 is big on recognitions. It is the best feeling in the world that the hardwork you have put all year around is being recognized by everyone be it managers or your colleagues of your departments.
