There is nothing to like here except some of my co workers. This company is completely unprofessional organisation.

You will never get any appointment confirmation letter unless you asking for, after several followup they will give you appointment on behalf of some trustee to avoid the complication of termination process. As they are intentionally wants to retain people for only 3-4 months. There is no work ethics. There is negative job security. Out of 200 construction team, there are only 4-5 people are above 1 year experience. There are plenty of examples, they had sacked only after 7 days of joining. You will lose your previous company and the present also. They have all the rules and regulation in books but do not bother to obey. They even very reluctant to pay your TA also. In Kolkata, they sacked 5 people without any reason ( 2 engineers of my subordinates). This is terrible. Only one psycho management fellow rules the whole project circle. He do not know the actual construction procedure. One of my worst decision to join in this company. If you wants to live everyday in insecurity then you can join this company....Read More

There is no growth opportunities no salary hike i worked for k12 for 2 years but there is not even 1 rs hike they have given to employees there is no respect you will get as a employee too much toxic environment and wherever they fill to kick you from organisation they will make changes in your role designation and torcher you at high so you put your papers

There is no work life balance here there is no role of hr whatever managers ask to do HR department work accordingly they can cut your salary at any point no matters how you work hard for them there is no salary hike no promotion they will give they only hire new people who don't have experience knowledge but they not going to promote you and they will torcher you onces admission season end so you can put your papers no job security they only believe in donkey work no work culture no holiday no leaves on festival and onces you step out from organisation other organisations not consider this organisation experience because you don't learn anything....Read More

If ever you are stuck at work or have a mind block, the manager are happy to guide and assist you with the task in hand. They are highly experienced too so any problem that I currently have is not new to them so I get the best advice. Overall work environment is healthy there. My colleagues are friendly and cordial. They make easy communication and makes you feel that you are a part of the team. You can even approach higher managers for a quick chat. It is very comfortable working here because of my peers. Every tactic and every concern were catered by my training manager, Roshni Saha.

Work more, get paid more. At K12 your basic salary is secure but you can earn a lot more with extra hard work. Even the base salary is more competitive than the industry standards. Pretty much every fresher wants to work here when they see the salary difference. I was under Moumita Ganguly who is the academic manager, she taught a need of your client rather do sales.
