It used to give salary in time. I had a great Manager.

Dislikes

They are dissolving many teams and hiring new fellows in different departments. No future in such uncertain scenario. Forcing the whole team to shift to Head office or else we need to leave. No vision in higher management.

Nothing much to like here except a cafeteria offering free tea, coffee etc. They started decent lunch service; good for bachelors from out of Bangalore. They tried to start a free gym on terrace but was not started until I left the job.

1. Extremely toxic culture led by an immature Business Head. He could not grow beyond the supervisory mindset inspite of having rose to a top leadership role. > He seem to be living off borrowed knowledge from peers and enforce his strange decisions instantly. > Abuses and fires even senior management people before everyone for noOR trivial reasons. > For him it's like - "either it's my way or highway!". No place for opinion even it's in greater interest of the organisation. > Hardly any policies enforced by him lasts for a few days not even a week. And you cannot raise even logical questions. > Cannot tolerate people who are more intelligent than him (unless the join his small army of incompetent bootlickers). > Making false promises during candidate interviews and never keeping them is his hallmark. > He makes sure no senior leader get incentives / variable pay except he himself. > And so on and so forth.. 2. Seriously discriminating policies towards employees: Ex. Hire fast and Fire faster. People get terminated randomly without any valid reasons. They are not paid any compensation nor given any notice. However, if you resign you have to serve notice period. 3. Highest attrition rate ever I saw in any organisation till date. (I have worked with 350+ organisations across industries and sizes). 4. Serious Non Professionalism: No proper induction (you are on your own right from the day one and need to figure out things yourself). 5. Extremely negative work life balance: Sales and field marketing people are expected to work for 16-18 hours. (200 phone calls + 3 Home Counselings!). Several employees told me that they could not take weekly offs for 5-6 months together! 6. I know a field marketers / counselors who fainted on the job and hospitalised due to sheer work pressure. Only I like about some peoples. I interact with Venkat reddy sir (Operations and Accounts Head), he was really nice person and his very supportive,understanding.

Its good experience for me to serving services with K12 Techno services. Still I am working with this company, a few things are missing from k12 is employee compensation,benefits,bonuses other than that its great.

The jon is quite interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning as there was normal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the other team.

Lacks empathy towards employees. Major disconnect between superiors and the employees. Lacks transparency. Innovative ideas are not welcomed. No assistance if you have any medical condition.
