There are very few companies who operate as balanced as K12. For one they work very professionally, on the other hand the work culture is friendly. You can opt for more job responsibilities if you want a hike in pay scale and promotions. My manager Sachin Jain have been a delight to work under. He taught be all about how the businesses runs and how we can help people and our company.

There is not even one person working here more than 5 years from top to bottom only 2 people are working from 6 years . Overall work environment is healthy there. My colleagues are friendly and cordial. They make easy communication and makes you feel that you are a part of the team.
