Dislikes

Poor management by cluster head. While selecting old employees for the top position that means duty manager to shift manager, their interview is not taken. Employees who do not work but who are very close to the cluster head are selected for higher positions.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Here job is not secure due to bad management by cluster head.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
