Surprisingly there were no good pints to mention here, we they need to have more improvisation towards the management and decision making

The HR policies are the worst They are not at all employee centric, there have been times when they have treated employees like their salves because they believe we are paying and have all the authority to make decisions without considering the work and personal life balance of employees

I like the campus but its very far from city. Owners are really good. they have vision and they used to respect people but new generations works on slavery method. i wish them all the best. they should work on people and employees.

Students culture is very bad. Students are mostly Jatts so they might not listen you for anything. Ready to fight any time. Girls are mostly not feeling safe all the time.

My experience at K.R. Mangalam Head Office was far from satisfactory. The management is extremely poor, with a lack of clear communication and organization. This created a lot of confusion and inefficiencies on a regular basis. The working environment was below standard. There was little to no effort to maintain a positive or productive workspace, and the overall atmosphere felt demotivating. Employees seemed stressed and disengaged, which only added to the negativity. I would not recommend this place for anyone seeking a healthy and supportive work culture. There is nothing process , no fixed date about salary . New rule 50 % of the week if you present you will get Saturday Sunday salary . Other wise it will LWP , anytime rule can be changed . No job security . No medical , even CL El credited 1 each month , so you can’t take long leave if you have medical issue , only solve LWP .
