Environment & culture teammates are supportive and the management not good. Company policies are not good, no appraisals no salary hikes no bonus every year. Simply we have to go through the work that’s it. We didn’t expect the salary hikes and other

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Career growth is slow

From my perspective as a non-teaching staff member, NOTHING to like, I find it challenging to identify aspects I genuinely like about working here. The role often feels misaligned with my skills and experience, and the tasks assigned don’t reflect the managerial profile I was initially hired for. This has impacted my ability to feel fully engaged and satisfied in my position."

I worked here for 3+ years. Just got only one appraisal with salary hike less than 3K. Only CSE faculty get a proper hike. Non-teaching staff are treated like none and the management team are thinking like they are paying them salary for nothing. No proper recognition, no sick leaves, only one CL, No week off on saturday, whatnot there are plenty of cons here. You are least priority people here. Full on work pressure with tight timelines. Still the management thinks that they are paying high for them....Read More

It is Deemed to be University under UGC act.

Dislikes

It is good pay master University. It is gradually increasing the quality, merit of University. Medical facility is not available. Quality of Food is not healthy and hygenic. Vijaywada is not directly connected from Mumbai, New Delhi and others Metros.
