The role often feels misaligned with my skills and experience, and the tasks assigned don’t reflect the managerial profile I was initially hired for. I worked here for 3+ years. Just got only one appraisal with salary hike less than 3K. Only CSE faculty get a proper hike. Non-teaching staff are treated like none and the management team are thinking like they are paying them salary for nothing. No proper recognition, no sick leaves, only one CL, No week off on saturday, whatnot there are plenty of cons here. You are least priority people here. Full on work pressure with tight timelines. It is Deemed to be University under UGC act.

Dislikes

It is good pay master University. It is gradually increasing the quality, merit of University. Medical facility is not available. Quality of Food is not healthy and hygenic. Vijaywada is not directly connected from Mumbai, New Delhi and others Metros.
