Good team work of employees. Qualified and dedicated staff members.

Dislikes

Lot of mental stress because of work environment. Highly irregular payment of salaries. Inconsistent increment related policies. Undue monitoring by management.

Worst Institute. They do not give any salary, increament, leaves or anything. Worst culture worst atmosphere. It was once a great college now its just doing business. Every senior faculty has his own ego and management+higher authorities+trusties are bogus. The advisors of the institutes itself are bogus. They only want people who will work in double triple shift in 1/4th salary without saying a word....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
