No scop to grow. Management is very rude. Never listen your problems.Increment is not satisfactory and also no justified. Zero work life balance.

First of all, the school accepted me and trained me to be at my very best level, during this pandemic. So I guess you can understand how great the work satisfaction is. There is no extreme pressure, normal, like Every other school. They respect your opinion, accept you with open heart.

Dislikes

Everything. I have not there physically as I was supposed to join from April 1, but the lockdown had already started by then, but the teachers , who are much experienced than I am, allows you to convey your opinion on any matter. So a super thumbs up till now.
