I like to work here because it helps to learn new skills and it helps me to get improve my communication skills. I am very glad to work here and fortunate. But I had a request to my senoirs that it was very difficult for me to get manage with that salary. So if I could atleast get some salary hike please. I will be very thankful If I get so.

All is good about it. Company can improve itself by getting advance adaptation of modern technology and salary hike should be given. That's all..

due to bulk hiring , incompetence gets overlooked. compensation is not that great & overall growth is slow innovative ideas & suggestions get dampened easily . Teammates are not that helpful so vulnerable candidates

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
