At jyoti the learning curve is very aggressive. If you are willing to learn then Jyoti has much to offer in abundance.

At Jyoti there is no emphasis on employee satisfaction. Here growth rate is 0. Irregularities in organisational structure with undefined KRAs/KPIs.

Company culture - Poor

Work Details

While working at Jyoti you need to forget about work life balance. You could learn a lot about Machine tool industry at Jyoti but there no professional growth in your career.
