I like the staff of marriott, they were so co-operative and helpful, everything was fine like rules and timings.

Dislikes

when it comes to their own benefits, they dont care for your previous efforts and all things done by you, moreover, people are materialistic and selfish so, respect the one who respect you. Be confident about your decisions.

Work Details

they gave me Unusual tasks which had no benefits at all, never take a step ahead to tell anything about the field and provided low stipend so overall they want a slave for free plus no respect and care.

In the Beginning the work was pretty descent and particular. Once you are well versed the company is full of harsh politics and terrible team members. But you will surely bond with one or two who will have your back and support you throughout. Secondly in growth and learning , sky is the limit , the organisation will take you to legit opportunities and will surely help in career path.

It was my first job and was expecting a good work culture and bonding with team.But nothing is great working here.

Good work environment and ambience. The cafeteria food is really well it keeps employees motivated. They keep regular training sessions which helps us to learn new things.

Dislikes

The staff needs to be more supportive towards each other. Low work life balance. Under staffed, so the employees need to work for long hours.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
