A small firm, just want to hold a small section in market. Management not supportive in covid situation. No WFH facilities.

Dislikes

No support in covid situation, No transportation, No facilities for WFH, No extra curricular activities, No infrastructure, No cafeteria, No approach towards retaining experience talent, poor top management decisions, poor yearly salary benefits.

The learning is very good, especially for freshers. This is a place where you can put your learning to practice. The learning cannot be compared to MNC where core R&D happens not in india office.
