The company deal with import and export thus there was a lot to learn and deal with multiple situations at everytime. This creates challenging work environment. People were friendly and management was supportive. Company policies were tough but everyone can easily handle all the situations. All sorts of facilities were given to the employees such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Increment etc.

Dislikes

Long work hours and high expectations from the management always creates situations where one has to give extra effort to succeed in his assigned tasks.

Work Details

Overall experience was amazing as i learned a lot and i spend my almost 9years here thus this can individually says many things.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
