Company Gives Proper 6 months to sales employees to achieve their Target. Though it is mandate company don't fire under performer within 6 month. After 6 months also Justo gives another 1 month to the employee to achieve their Target for the current. If some in failing to achieve it then company takes action. Though it is mandate company it is doesn't have hire and fire rule. Only people who have not performed their duty in work tenure with Justo will have negative thoughts about company.
