There is no SOP in company seniors will treat you as per their mood. Director has appointed his relatives in the company and they try to interfere in everything even they don't have any knowledge of sales. They force employee to rate company on other portal like Ambitionbox n google. Company is just a bubble if you r good friends with Head office people or your seniors you will survive even you don't do sale they will transfer you to good site to earn incentive but if they have problem with you even your sales are good they will haress you.
