Overall i would say management is quite good and supportive but work culture is not good at all. No preguidance regarding projects. Good place to enhance your skills but not in long run.

Dislikes

Improper way of compensation. Terrible.

Job security - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Quite good but due to covid issues i lost my job and it became a drawback of my life and i am still waiting for the right spot.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
