Ve commercial vehicle is an excellent automobile company to intiate your career. 100% job security after your confirmation until Or unless you violet any code of conduct. As many of them people's are much experienced so enhancing knowledge from them is really good. Bus facility for staff is also excellent. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal in between avg and satisfaction. I have not yet travel any where till now for any DAP or machine inspections. Training process are little bit slower.

Work Details

Definitely ve commercial is a growing company.The new chalnges are growing day today. Sometimes we need to do two shifts or sometimes three as per condition and breakdown.

Job security is excellent, you wouldn't loose your job unless and until do any wrong practice. interaction between senior and junior is great.

Dislikes

No any decided/written Standard guideline for work, every thing is based on person memory. almost all work is man based, not process based. unnecessary complexity created in work. and management didn't willing to resolve it.

It was phenomenal while working in VECV at Dewas Plant . All colleagues were cooperative and works as a team , Managers were supportive towards their team members.
