1)Team leader are helpful. 2)Good for HSC passed out 3)Salary on time

Dislikes

1) Salary deduction is a big issue 2) They sell packages to people and give them leads who are just searching around not the genuine leads many people's have faced a huge loss 3) It is only good for Repair and service and Packers and movers. 4) No one will entertain you if you say I am from Justdial. 5) After 1 week they'll tell you it is a performance based Salary no fixed salary. 6) There are soo many people who have not done hsc as well They are working in the company 7)And as well They don't give after sale services to the clients. 8)Huge targets but they are not focusing on their services worst services. 9) As it is a third party if you want to advertise or promote your business Google ads is the best. 10) Career growth is very very slow as there is alot of politics. 11) No traveling allowance 12) They will pressure you alot for sales. 13) Not good for graduates who have done marketing,sales go for some other company. 14) I had selected here 3 times and after I joined I get to know so many things as there was my colleague who wasn't 12th passed and He can't even speak properly he got selected without interview....Read More
