Everyone wants to pull each other down. They literally don’t respect employer’s personal life. They always forces us to stay till night because of that employee can not give time to personal life and family time. Everyone wants work to be done immediately especially manager always wants us to work in half hour which is not possible.

My experience working here has been disappointing due to several unprofessional practices. Manager and HR and VP always Salary deductions and hold are made without prior communication or explanation, which is both unfair and demotivating. There is a lack of transparency, and excuses are often given instead of solutions when concernsare raised. The workplace culture is heavily dominated by politics, and employees are treated poorly, almost like laborers, instead of valued professionals. They will hold your salary. They will deduct salary for no cause. One of the worst company in terms of professionalism. Wors work atmosphere. Will not listen to your queries even. Fraud company they are here to loot your salary and make profits making you work. They will threaten you that they will give police complaint etc etc but cannot do anything. Too much micromanaging Zero trust on staff by founders Rules and regulations changing on daily basis No proper management and guidelines HR is lazy with zero knowledge of there work And list goes on. Would advise not to join
