Only infrastructure is good otherwise worst managed place with lot of office politics which keeps less qualified people at high post and skilled hard working people away from appreciating

1. There is no fixed protocol for any thing . No SOP 2. You are assessed on basis of how big CHMCHA you are than your qualifications and skills 3. So called HODs are not capable enough to handle different challenges or motivate staff . They are working like government employees who come only for salary and not to contribute anything to organisations 4. The owner Mr Thakkar himself is kept in dark about things going on in jupiter and he himself doesn’t know about what protocol hospital is following or what management is doing with his hospital . He never takes feedback from ground level workers doctors or nursing staffs and top management plays with him denoting SAB KHAIRIYAT HE 5.
