If you are collaborating with different teams then you have to attend calls in the late evening.

I work as recruitment lead so I have to collaborate with multiple teams for hiring needs and updates. We hire the purple squirrels so It's not easy task but it's super interesting.

Missing point is there is no growth chances. Sometimes superior are very biased in working based and get personally all and ..then starts to push back good skilled employee.
