Well, JMA has supported me throughout this pandemic quite well. The management didn't took harsh decisions like other companies and continued our benefits without any major deductions. Working with JMA is a challenging job where you learn new things every day. If you are enthusiastic enough and loves fast track tasks you would like it here just as I do.

To be very honesh there are very few things which I believe JMA needs to work on. 1. Salary which is on quite lower side hence youngsters doesn't fit in for long. 2. If your mentor is not educated enough he/she might never let you go up and get promoted in that case you just have to keep calm and do your tasks perfectly, express yourself make your presence count you will see changes. 3. I came rookie in this company and gained the knowledge about the company, its working and area. The company trusted me and liked my work hence they promoted me and I try my best to give them excellent results everytime. It's a tough job but worth it.
