Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

I was handling independently the work assigned to me. The atmosphere was cool and the colleagues were friendly.

Dislikes

I got married and the site does not have the facility to provide family quarter hence I have to left. Besides the salary was not regular. At that time it became important for me to come back to Guwahati.

Work Details

My work is basically HR and welfare of the Plant and the local area. During the period I have enjoyed my work. Works were of course challenging and sometime feeling lonely as we were far from the habitation.
