While I appreciate many aspects of working at jubilant motorworks, one challenge I’ve encountered is fast-paced environment, which can sometimes lead to tight deadlines and high pressure situations. While this is manageable and helps build resilience. It can occasionally affects work life balance. Additionally, because of company’s rapid growth and ambition, there can be occasional communication gaps as teams work to keep up with the expansion.
