Developing multiple skills through interdepartmental changes is beneficial but it should not apply to department heads , especially the safety heads of any individual site ,he should have a background of safely.Without this expertise the team may become dissatisfied & organization could suffer as result.

Now it seems higher management is more from consulting companies so they are working more on cost cutting. It applies to employees also so it is causing the fear of loosing job

Work culture is very bad one person has 5-6 bosses.

Totally person driven, very bad and abusing behavior of people's --- not a little supporting behavior or people's old lobbies no single person from outside will survive in this environmental and company mid level people are very bad in behavioural. No problem understanding, zero level support. No understanding of family problems.
