Their owner is from uttarpradesh so all senior management has developed their style that everything that say is correct even without any knowledge of that background. Culture, our seniors are not co-oprative with us. They want us to do 12-14 hours shift wheather company pays only for 9 hours. And also they don't understand that we also have family and personal life , according to our seniors if there is any issue we are facing with health in our family ,then they don't care and don't approve leaves.

Company don't have any cultural values and their systems are very weak, frank enough this is one Lala organization. South people will be treated as blue colar employees and ask to work like one labour though you are having good designation.
