Well, I will not say anything. But I feel that the work life balance of people is not that good here..As the ground level employees here, do not get any time for their personal life Another thing is that the exit policy here needs to be improved a bit because if a person is giving 10 years to a company, then even at the time of exit Someone wants to stop her F&F by trapping him in fake cases.

Senior management and human resources staff do not coperate during the time of staff requirements whenever there is a cash short we have to pay before leaving for home but when if there is any mistake from their side it takes months not even single management staff is present at HR office and once you resing from to organisation no one cares and deduction is done without any update as we cannot even go through our salary slip worst company...Read More

HR is a puppet of the management. Senior management misbehaves a lot and nobody actually says something. Too much toxic and they expect you to be okay with the toxicity . Once HR told me other companies corporate culture is also same but I doubt it and never faced such issues outside . I do not recommend anyone to join here . There is nothing to be liked about this company. The senior leads have grown old and mentally are still existing in 70s era where you only suspect your juniors. They only rely on micro-management and have zero understanding of operations. Believe me there senior management are crazy persons. Do not ever join this. Particularly do not join finance department. Your life will be hell. Their owner is from uttarpradesh so all senior management has developed their style that everything that say is correct even without any knowledge of that background. Culture, our seniors are not co-oprative with us. They want us to do 12-14 hours shift wheather company pays only for 9 hours. And also they don't understand that we also have family and personal life , according to our seniors if there is any issue we are facing with health in our family ,then they don't care and don't approve leaves.
