No organisational attitude . Employees can be asked to work apart from there domian area . Guy hired for procurement dept are working as sales representatives . Location is not fixed can be asked any time to relocate. Frequent relocation are there .

It's a safe company to work with considering the bigger brand name attached to it and also considering that it doesn't fire it's employees for basic reasons. However, it's not a good company for overall personal development. Ambitious employees usually take the brand name and go to other companies for better salary and professional development.
