They want there employees to work for 10 to 12 hour. No work life balance. Shift A and shift B are terrible. New employee face challenge from old employee. Lot of politics. Even i never want work on B shift but company want.

Canteen food is good. Shuttle service is provided. No fixed timings.

Dislikes

No glassware. No bead, spatula or rota joints. No lab assistants. Very bad work culture. Work efficiency is not important only long working hours appreciated. Manager expect you to work 12-13 hours daily. They expect you to come on Saturday as well. Although officially it's 5 day week.

It's a good company for learning as juniors. Advanced Lab, system. Some seniors inside Lab are Really helpful to Grow and gather Knowledge. Canteen Food is awesome in quality and quantity which will never be found anywhere in such cheap price. It's unlimited buffet.

Dislikes

Partiality inside team for Old employees. Chemistry Issue is always considered as Handling issues. Manager become Restless. Some manager has no managing skill. They just shout being impatient for keeping up his / her productivity. No guidance. Supress flying outsider Employees. Don't give Recognition on developing performance. LCMS members overall are inefficient, Slow but still Get award from Department individually. NMR Department quality is more degraded. U can't expect Data before 4, 5 hours.
