When I was joined then 30 days Dojo traning. Good food including breakfast in18 ruppee Good transport facilities. (Bus/Taxi)

Work with out safety No training , guidance :- which is mandatory by company policy No opportunity for future career They missuse manpower :-we have to move 800kg weight by lifter, 25 Kg weight by hand while company allows only 15 Kg No Why Why analysis

I like company policy which make for employe like safety policy, skills development job security also very good for employe. I also like quality policy,it is very good for costumer which given by company our all engineer and all man take care of costumer who will use our part and take care his life and his family life and we always take care the off product which make proud to our company.

Dislikes

I think face maks should be mandatory for shop floor there we use a lot of oil Which is very harmful for employe health,I don't like company has removed face maks from the ppe
