The HR doesn’t take any consideration of employee needs. She plays a role of assistant to MD so her interest lies more in the MD requirement and savings cost rather than employee satisfaction. Even during exit they made it very uncomfortable with wrong communication and unnecessary deductions. With Covid wave they also deducted salaries and showcased those as revised CTC affecting the further salary growth as a employee. The line managers also were helpless in working things around for their team....Read More

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
