This company gives innovative and latest technology methodology in work.i m proud to be wd such company since 2009.I got opportunity to work with a good team and got chance to interact many similar vendor across the world. Another good point my collegues r from various culture and hv good subject expert.I also like company policy.

Dislikes

Work pressure is tremendous, growth of individual is slow, do not hv more vslue, strength is mostly unnoticable. Mostly found in production industry, project people get neglected from many good opportunity.

Work Details

Frankly speaking my woking condition is more challenging under huge pressure. But benefit accordingly is not upto the mark.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
