Recognise for old employees, Promotions and grades are too much. Deductions are to revisit. ESOP are allocated between long service employees and new employees not in justice.

Big organisation do have some disadvantage like Performance visibility, Promotions process, even if you have worked hard you are not eligible to get continue promotions.
