The person who is sitting in the hyderabad head of logistics will not do the work he will simply play the pub g in the office my experience with logistics department at this company has been disappointing due to unprofesional practices and management issues leadership appers to be more focused on personal relationship with superiors than on driving geniue growth and operational efficency for instance,certain individuals in key positions seem disengaged with thier key responsibilities prioritizing personal entertainment over the company development goals its also seems that upper management seems aware of unethical practices within the team such as managers engaging in business dealing that conflicts with the company interest unfortunetly this has led to an environment where performance and dedication is overlooked and those who focus on appeasing superiors are rewarded instead of those who truely contribute to the teams success if the company is genuinely focused on growth and sustaining competitive edge especially given new entrants in the market a re-evaluation of current management approach is necessary i 'm relived to have realized the challenges in this environment early on and i hope positive changes for the future of the company...Read More
