Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Part of a great JSW group. Company policies were great. The promoters did everything to make the organization grow. Very much supportive in all cases.

Majority of the top/senior management were not capable and they prioritised own interest before company's interest. Groupism existed and each of the groups had their followers from top management to ground level officers which led to creation of conflicts within the organization.
