Early days the training programs and the cultural activities are very heart warming, but later these things are ruled out.

Dislikes

Oppressions from managers, they want to treat the subordinates as their servants. Appraisals are completely politics based. Many employees feel like they are in a cell. HR is terrible, no proper response for any thing. Salary is paid after 10 days of next month some times 15 days. Create problems in relieving and F&F payment also.

We get to participate in various trainings including basic skills to technical subjects where real cases are explained by the experts and those who worked on those cases. Feedback or performance evaluation process is not existing. Its done only once a year. HR needs to improve their employee engagement and interaction.
