Following things are really tarrible in this company: 1. Lack of Job Security: Employees can be terminated at any time. 2. Untrustworthy HR Manager: The HR manager often provides false information. It is crucial to get everything in writing rather than relying on verbal communication. 3. Inconsiderate Hiring Practices: The company hires candidates without proper foresight. If there is no work available, employees are fired regardless of their qualifications or performance. 4. Inefficient Task Management Application: The application used to track work completion is flawed. Even if tasks are completed, they remain pending until approved by an authorizer. In my case, the authorizer delayed the process with numerous trivial questions, causing unnecessary delays and impacting my performance....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
