The previous head chef vinayak was very very good and supporting person.he is down to earth and works along with the most junior as equal.he cares for his staffs.

Dislikes

The new head chef was brought in from another city so may be new environment for him.i don't how he is now since I have left a year ago.

Not every day is hectic and not everyday is tiring.overall a good work place.staffs of service dept and security and stewards dept are simple and nice people.but some chefs need to work on personality area.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hourseManagers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Well not much but when I got my new offer I thought they would acknowledge my efforts for all these years and offer me a good jump but that didn’t happen as I would have loved to continue working for them
